  I am not going to say this was a negative but paying $35 bucks for shipping then waiting 2 weeks for delivery wasn’t spectacular. Now as for the item it is very nice quality and was packaged well. Actually better than described and the sign was a good value in my opinion.

  After being highly disappointed in the function of a 120V Line Conditioner and feeling as if I had been burned by the lack of returns, I left a negative review — The seller reached out to me and, despite not accepting returns on this new-in-the-box item, offered to completely refund me and allow me to keep the faulty device; no return shipping hassle and a full item refund now has me feeling far more confident about buying from them in the future. Highly recommend them!
