    Shipping was fine, but this item was missing a key component while being described as tested and working. This obviously wasn't true, so I messaged the seller and was ignored for days. I will be opening a dispute with eBay and avoiding this seller in the future

    I had an issue with the item being a different model than what was listed however the item was well packed, in good condition, and arrived quickly. The seller was very responsive and quickly addressed my issue. I would easily do business with this seller again and recommend them due to their responsiveness and attention to detail.

    The delivery itself fast the equipment arrived working I used the computer etc. but yesterday it stopped working something that can happen with electronics. a risk when buying something used. But yes, I recommend the seller, very good indeed.
