  The item condition was SUPERB, even better than pictured in the listing. The packing was fine and the parcel arrived much faster than promised. The communication provided by the seller regarding the early arrival of the package was much appreciated. I give this seller my highest recommendation - 5 stars!

  Was advertised as being sterling, and included a picture of a sterling mark on the listing, was not what I received. Packaged very poorly, wrapped in newspaper and in a plastic mailer bag. When I opened it there was no sterling mark on the one I received. It was a put together item using a stainless bowl on a twisted steel armature with an unmarked handle. When contacted I got excuses and let me make a refund, quietly. Pics taken, will report to Ebay. Listing changed after 1st contact.

  The wrong item was shipped, but the seller has been very forthcoming about trying to get the situation corrected with the person who received my spoon by mistake. I am still awaiting the arrival of the correct spoon. I have returned the spoon I received to the seller already.
