They are used, and have been sanded, all marked with the same reference, the pins reconditioned, etc. I don't think they are HM6264LP-70. However, I have tested them all thoroughly, and they are all sRAM 8K x 8Bit, and work well. But... what model are they really? Are they 70ns? I cannot know for sure. In any case, for this price, my rating is positive.
