Unfortunately the item (audio CD) may be tangled up in the mail stream or taking a longer than expected path. Because the item was shipped without tracking I couldn't tell exactly what was going on with it... when I inquired the seller immediately refunded me which was above and beyond great service and not even what I was looking for at this point. This is clearly a trustworthy seller, wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, purchase with confidence.

As others have noted, I believed the item I purchased ended up caught up in international shipping, but when I reached out the vendor immediately refunded me the amount for the purchase, going absolutely above and beyond. This is definitely an incredibly trustworthy vendor and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This seller has great communication, even though it didn't get to me and they are in Canada I'm in the U S, they were kind enough to help me if I didn't receive it. I wish more sellers could be as kind as them! They wrapped it SUPER good! Great seller and great person!!
