  The speed and communication the seller used to deliver and resolve the shipping was great, product did arrive damaged but I do not immediately blame the seller, I do blame the delivery company. The seller did resolve the issue in a very acceptable way and did so quickly.

  positive or neutral. this fender had a defect either in stamping or handling. The inner lip around the curve is delicate to begin with on the OEM, this one was bent outward, as if someone carried the fender letting its weight distort the edge. my body shop charged an hour of labor/material to repair to match oem (blue pic). I requested partial refund, but the seller was gracious and offered a replacement or a full refund.
