JSO Wood Products is a wood veneer and wood and PVC edgebanding supplier that has served the wood sheet veneer and plywood panel industry since 1995. Raw flitch wood veneer, paper and wood backed veneer, wood, PVC, and melamine edgebanding nonglued and preglued hot melt adhesive, and MDF, particleboard, plywood laminated veneer panels are most of our products. We have a website with 1,000 pictures of wood veneers that is very helpful in veneer selection. Our customers include both personal use and industrial commercial fabricators and distributors. There is almost no end to the use of wood veneer products. If your project has very specific requirements and needs special attention and professional advice and service along with high quality products, we may be able to help. If we don't have an item, we may be able to have it produced or find it for you. Our prices may be a little higher, but our value is very good in combination of service and product. Your satisfaction is our priority!

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding this order. The extended delay in shipping, without clear updates or a delivery timeframe, has caused me to lose valuable opportunities both personally and professionally. Waiting for this item with no clear purpose or target has been incredibly frustrating. I sincerely hope you can provide a timely update or resolution to this issue.

    We contacted this customer numerous times with a question about this order and there was never a response. This international customer has very limited eBay experience and possibly didn't understand how to respond to the messages as they appear to be attempting to communicate through negative feedback. Communication was offered several times, even after the case was opened. The customer would not answer the questions we needed to have answered in order to complete the order. Order was refunded.
