  I somehow mistakenly ordered the wrong scent & contacted the seller immediately& they "closed" my request to return/exchange the product without a word to me! I explained I could not use the scent that was sent because I use it for a cleaning job, but, the seller didn't even bother to try to help with my issue NOR even reply to my message to let me know ANYTHING, they just decided to "close" my request & be done with it, like I bothered them, how RUDE & VERY unprofessional.
