    Part was not in factory condition. Had oxidation build up. Not smooth. The part I was replacing was smoother than this one. Opted to not use this part. Not worth returning but disappointed.

    Every single part is factory fresh Penn. Not worth returning?? Returns are free - it costs NOTHING. Why didn’t you contact us with the issue? You have 7 days from receipt to leave feedback. You decide “oh I will leave neutral feedback because I can”. Why just email “hey I am not happy with the gear - what can you do”? Too much to ask - more characters in the feedback than the above. Buy elsewhere!!!
