  Watch arrived with the back slightly loose. I did not know this. After wearing it twice moisture appeared inside the crystal. Seller blamed me and said I can fix it myself with a hairdryer! Seller offered a partial refund. I took the watch to my nearest jeweller who said the back wasn't on properly and it came off far too easily, hence the moisture. The seller was borderline rude, unhelpful and now I'm stuck with a dud watch that my jeweller said needs a full service. Ebay no help at all.
