  Even though this wasn’t the greatest experience since the part ended up being the wrong one for my needs, the seller really went above and beyond to help. Their communication was fast, polite, and professional, and they even offered a partial refund to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it shows great integrity. Still a 5-star seller in my book!

  This item was exactly as described and we were able to program 2 new key fobs for our 2012 Dodge Durango SXT in only a few minutes. The cost was about a quarter what we would have paid the dealership to have only one more working key fob. It was shipped quickly and we appreciate it very much. The shipping took two more days than estimated but was still quick.
