  Item shipped and arrived quickly. Very good quality product. Easy to install. The bolts provided were a bit too long and would not screw in all the way so, used existing bolts instead. The frames bring a polished finish to the overall appearance of the Audi Q4. Thank you

  nice quality and looks great. I didn't realize these were for only one plate, so the back plate doesn't get the GMC covers unfortunately. Front plate looks great with these covers.

  Poor communication made this impossible to order correctly. Seller failed and refused to respond to my numerous emails. Sent out item without confirming correct style. Later tried to blame me, which really puts it over the top!!!

  This has to be one of the worst sellers on Ebay!!! They simply don't know how to read emails, messages, or anything else and then have the nerve to excuse themselves after they totally mess up orders due to their own negligence and stupidity. I've had to order and re-order more times than I can count just because of their lack of interest, lack of attention and outright ignorance. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, you'll be frustrated and pissed off completely as I have been. I am returning all!!
