  I received the item very quickly. The item was 8 inches shorter than advertised. Contact was i prompt & we worked out an arrangement to refund me $10 for size discrepancy. They requested I do a return, without actually sending the item back in order to refund me the $10.I made sure there was not need to return the item to receive the refund. Communication ceased for days. I eventually asked when I would receive the refund & they said upon returning the item. A good experience turned sour fast.

  Delivered quick, product perfect and as expected. blenders box slightly damaged in shipping as just put in grey bag and poor courier handling (maybe put in a cardboard outer box) , but only worth noting, as the item itself was 100% fine - thanks for the deal
