  After purchase and payment, the seller let me know that there was an error in their inventory, and my item was an open box, not "New" as listed. After some back and forth conversation - to which the seller was very prompt and courteous, I decided I no longer wanted the item. It had already been marked as "shipped" so I could not cancel it myself, but it had not been picked up yet, so the seller canceled it for me. I appreciate that they were flexible with me, and the communication was great.

  Seller sent me a used item by mistake, but refunded me a fair amount, which was good. They responded to my original complaint pretty quickly and offered the solution without me having to ask. Great seller that I would buy from again in the future.

  Came in less than a week and was well packed. This one was actually the limited edition that came with the screen even though it's not in the description. All of the accessories were still in their packaging brand new. The actual graphics card was mint and in perfect condition. I've had a Galax 980ti for almost 10 years and I can finally put it to rest.

  Product arrived in 12 (not bad from China) days and was exactly as advertised. Was packed well. Tracking gets a little weird when it moves to USPS so don’t worry when that happens.
