  My grandson was extremely happy with this dump truck. He received it for his birthday. It is great quality and arrived in mint condition. The value is ok. The appearance is as pictured. This is a great dealer to work with. They will answer your questions quickly. If you need anything this seller has, you can trust them to deliver it on time.

  I accidentally ordered this item, not sure how it happened but it must’ve happened with my phone in my pocket. I contacted the seller and they didn’t offer any help or remedies, just told me it was already on the way. The item arrived from Amazon, where I see this seller has listed for $30 more expensive than Amazon. So basically this seller is drop shipping items from Amazon without having to do anything themselves, just marking up the price and making a profit. A bad purchasing experience.

  I sent this seller a message when to verify it was the EXACT item as in the listing. I also requested it be sent in a protected shipping box. I was assured of both but neither was delivered. The seller offered to refund but that is a eBay guarantee. Nothing on them. I had to print the return label and take to a UPS shipping store. All of this is terrible business and unacceptable. I will not deal with this seller again and definitely do not recommend. Buyers beware.
