    This is the best eBay seller I've ever come across, great communication, great product, great quality, fast delivery, I had an issue where it was totally my fault and when I contacted him to correct it, not only did he answer within minutes and it was a Saturday after hours, I didn't know he answered so quick so I responded when I saw it on Sunday and again within minutes he responded and took care of the issue completely. I am so happy with the service I wish I could give 100 stars. A++

    Second unit bought from this seller. I wanted one to leave in my car, so I would not have to remember to pack it when I go on a multi-day trip. I received it 3 days after placing the order. Unfortunately, it was defective. The LEDs were flashing weirdly, it got very hot and began to give off that telltale electronic burning smell. I contacted the seller, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Received the replacement today and it is working as intended. Seller is A#1. Highly recommend
