  Just doesn't work on my machine. I have a windows 11 pc if that matters. I tried everything to see if there was some kind of user error on my part, but no it's just garbage. The dials and buttons work, but the pen won't register no matter what I do. Customer support was very patient and helpful with me, even sending me an extra pen when they determined that to be the issue. No dice, tablet still won't work regardless of which pen I use. Avoid for your own sanity.

  basically brand new and exactly what i wanted. you cannot tell it’s refurbished at all. great for drawing, 3d modeling, animating and everything else i need it for. great value, great tablet, absolutley go for it if you need one
