  I looked every where for this Kohler shower kit and after seeing what plumbing supply companies were charging I went to ebay. I found what I wanted immediately and for less than half the cost that the plumbing supply companies were asking. The seller said it was in an "open box" but was new and when it arrived it was perfect. It was well packaged inside and out, in new condition, and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend this seller!

  Received item within a reasonable amount of time. The soft close seat works fine but the lid has scratches and abrasions. Not sure if this was used as a store sample but I would not have classified it as "new".

  The tub filler was unrepairable and leaking. Kohler would not replace or send parts to repair, as the engineers decided that the cartridge replacement would not fix the issue. Seller refused to give any sort of refund. Extremely disappointing since the tub filler was over 2 grand. In emails prior to purchasing, he assured me it was in perfect working order and in mint condition.
