  Very friendly, the seller sent me message over ebay to confirm that the parts I was requesting here for the corrrect asus model, and with the package came 2 free tools. The parts work as expected, the notebook is silent now.

  Seller clarified before shipping if it is the item I really need. Item matches the description. Condition: new. After replacement of the old fan my laptop became silent. Shipping was fast. Arrived 10 days earlier than expected. Packaging is acceptable, I expected more protection, because item arrived mechanically undamaged, but had some scratches on plastic fan.
