    "How They Used To" is a small business consisting of Joe & Kim, and our name is inspired by the popular cliche/phrase: "They don't make things like they used to". We thoroughly enjoy finding unique, old, antique, vintage, and retro items by picking at estate sales, garage/yard sales, thrift stores, antique shops and wherever else we can so that we can pass along these deals & bargains to you! We make a fun team that seems to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, and we're very dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We like to think of this journey as a shared experience, and we welcome your respectful feedback; we value it. As we build this experience, we have released YouTube videos to welcome you in, and we plan to release far more. Join us in paying homage to the past, and enjoy the quality, craftsmanship, and pride of yesteryears, "How They Used To".

    I dearly love the shot glasses. I’ll share a hard learned secret on how to get styrofoam out of a little glass. Just fill it with water and it rises to the top. Don’t try scissors or tweezers. I think I’ll have my first shot out of these buggers. It’s on my list of things to do at 71. Thanks to you.!
