  Shipper shipped on time with as promised delivery. FedEx lost package in transit. Shipper did not offer any assistance to resolve with FedEx. FedEx eventually returned item to them after 5 days I had not heard from shipper dispite repeated calls. Canceled order and disputed charge on Credit Card. Ordered from a different supplier and hope to have a full refund.

  Well - I didn't even realize that this was coming from a Ford Parts Department. The item was packaged like it was fragile. It was definitely a new part, and it Came in padded delivery envelope, and was wrapped in foam in an OEM Ford Parts envelope. It came two days before promised delivery date, and the price was very fair. Fit's just like the original, and may be an improved or upgraded piece, since the numbers were not an exact match, but the fit was perfect and the appearance is identical.
