  Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The only downside.. my unit came with the slim keyboard so it does not have the carry handle, additional ports and the better weight balance you get with the full size keyboard. My fault for not reading the description more thoroughly. But overall super fast shipping and in better than expected condition for a used rugged laptop.

  The computers arrived in perfect condition. Booted them right up, updated Windows 11, and sent them out into the field. They were a great value for the money, and they appear to have many more years of service left in them. They are of typical Panasonic Toughbook quality, and the keyboards and docking stations were in great condition. All of the covers and accessories were attached, and from their appearance, the seller did a fine job of restoring these to like new condition. Thank you!
