  Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 arrived CIB, but was not in the condition depicted. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed they had two listings, and must have sent the other copy by mistake. They provided a partial refund for return shipping. Some logistical issues and a longer time than both of us would like later, and I ultimately received the correct copy in "Very Good" condition.

  Item came undamaged & as described. Price: MEDIUM. Shipping: FREE. Speed: TERRIBLE. Packaging: OK. The game disc works. The game case is OK. Unfortunately I had to wait 10 days to get this item. Thought it was lost. Seller didn't tell me it was going to shipped very late. Meh.

  Shipping was fast and packaging was exceptional. It arrived exactly as described and was a great value for what I got. Excellent Seller! Would buy from again! I want to call out the fact that the seller reached out prior to shipment to make me aware of an issue they discovered and were honest about. Exceptional and honest seller!   Product as described. Works but has a rattle to the game (likely a plastic piece broke inside, but other than that it's good. Shipping was fast with study packaging. Great Price and great seller! Awesome to do business with this seller! A+
