    An interesting experience. Original order was for two striplight bulbs. They arrived promptly, and in their original boxes. Sadly one was broken. Seller immediately agreed to send a replacement, despatched it by RM 48, and provided a tracking number. A week later, it hadn't arrived, and Royal Mail tracking indicated it was still at a sorting centre at the other end of the country. However, 24 hours later, it arrived. So all is well. Credit to the seller for excellent customer service.

    Very pleased with Hitec Ranger 3Ch 27Mhz rc outfit- exactly as described by seller. Item was keenly priced, robustly packaged and promptly despatched. Outfit arrived in original packaging and was complete with all items in very clean ‘ brand new’ condition. Outfit worked exactly as supposed to first time when tested- perfect! So a big thanks and full marks to seller for this one- would definitely recommend/ use seller again- excellent!

    This is a really nice gift set of 2 pens in an attractive box. There is even a refill included! The price and delivery deal was really good too and the seller's customer service is personal and highly responsive and this makes a big difference. I am very pleased and I am sure my friend, who is a Jaguar owner, will be delighted with his birthday gift.

    The order arrived and it was wrong. I contacted seller and they instantly sent out the correct item.. couldn't fault them. It was a pleasure to send the wrong items back as it wasn't even requested of me. It's rare for this on e bay.
