  I came extremely dirty and I made sure to ask before I ordered the seller. Is it clean and she said yes very disappointed description was and was an understatement.

  The buyer reached out to me before they purchased the item and asked about how dirty the item was. I responded with six photos showing the inside of the bag, the inside pockets of the bag, the outside of the bag, the straps, and the bottom of the bag. I also included a paragraph explaining "There are stains on the inside of the bag, and that there are signs of wear along the straps and edges of the bag." I am not sure how much clearer I could have been on the condition of the item.
