  Had damaged threads in cold water bung, so I had to repair them in order to use it. Seller was unwilling to compensate me back for the cost and hassle so value wasn’t so good at the end of the day.

  Told the buyer that i do not know what happened but i do know that i tested that tank for any leaks 2 times before sending it and that i screwed my fitting in to those holes both times to do that so and there was no leaks so i know they were ok then and when i shipped it out to him..He said he wanted more parts for his water heater and i said ok put a order together and we do combined shipping so he could save on the shipping..

  Had some bubbles in the seal installed but I don't think magnets are weak not sealing to good i think they are old

  The gasket kits are not old once installed on the doors they do need a couple of days to form into the doors too make a good seal and the magnets in the gaskets can draw the gasket up to the metal frames when the doors are closed ..The gaskets are boxed down into a smaller box to save money on shipping cost but there is instructions on the box telling the customer that when they get the gaskets to take them out of the box and lay them out flat on a table too straighten out he did not do that.
