  The listing described the bag as “new, never used,” but that was not the case at all. When it arrived, it had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke, something that was not mentioned in the description and that would be extremely difficult to remove. On top of that, the bag showed noticeable signs of wear, including scuffs and small red marks at the bottom of the bag that were not visible in the photos or disclosed in the listing. It was clearly used, contrary to what was advertised.

  Very disappointed does not smell like Cucumber Melon at all the fragrance smells of incense and patchouli oil seller was contacted and simply replied sorry to hear that did not make any effort to correct the problem
