  item came in good condition and ultimately on time. packaged safely and the contents worked perfectly. things worked out in the end but i've heard poor things for speedpak, the parcel service that my order relied on, and uniuni (the service that delivered it to my location in the USA). to ensure parcels don't get lost it may be better to use a more consistent/reliable parcel service. however, the actual delivery situation is not the fault of the seller and it ultimately arrived on time.

  Quick turn around on purchase, arrived in short order which is pretty significant on a package imported from Japan to California, works perfectly and is exactly as described, packaging was secure and Vita arrived with the interior box in the condition of the photos. All around great seller.
