    I really appreciate the great service that this seller gave me. First, I received a great deal on the product and they shipped it to me quickly and well packaged.     I did contact Seller who advertised 1/4" Tees. Dble checked website, Also "NO Returns". When 3/8" Tees showed up & I need at least one on Monday 5/12/2025, I was happy they showed up last Wed. or Thurs. Didn't get pick them up from drop off at neighbor as I live remote location. Anyway, did send seller note I wanted to return. But am thinking of keeping them & sending seller new message, keeping them. Very disappointed that I got wrong size from them. Bought correct ones Diff Vendor

    Although the items were not as pictured in his add, the ones in his post appeared to be unopened new packaging. They were in obviously opened condition. The blades appeared to have been resharpened but in good shape. I thought this possible and offered a lower price and he excepted it. They are still usable therefor I didn't want to leave a negative feedback, but I am not sure I buy from again without careful consideration.

    Hello! Thank you for giving us a positive feedback even though you felt the item was not shipped to you in the condition the listing pictures presented. However, the items that you received were the exact items that were pictured in the listing. We did not have more than one quantity of this item listed in our eBay store and sold the item in a lot of 2. Those were the only two chains we had listed! We try to be very transparent in our listings and provide pictures of the actual item(s) we ship
