  Next time you ship glass, you need to pack the items more carefully. One glass was completely smashed. The other, luckily, was OK. Writing "fragile" is, unfortunately, not enough

  Very good honest communication. Seller revealed problem in condition of two of four plates before shipping. Also, very professional and agreeable, negotiating shipment of the remaining two plates in new condition and partial refund. Naturally, this delayed shipment, but I had no urgent need. Sent me the two items in new unused condition in addition to one with a minimal chip visible on the back. Once I receive the partial refund, I would call this a very satisfactory transaction.

  Sent feedback once before, never heard back! Items were not as described! We’re supposed to be RARE SALAD, SOUP BOWLS. They are ORDINARY SALAD PLATES which I did not need!!! I have many ordinary salad plates to compare!! Plates will not hold soup!
