Bought a Dyson animal 3 refurbished from Dyson and it arrived broken and customer service was awful. This vacuum is lighter mostly because it is not as well made as Dyson but I had it with them. It was my second one with the same issue rollers stopped working.. so now shark gets my business. Hoovers for many years but not so good anymore. Things are not made like they used to be but even high end stuff needs maintenance so buy an 1100 Miele and get serviced- maybe

It was unpacked two days later and the charger connected; however no remote device was included, only instructions to install a smart phone app to control the sweeper, the problem being I do not own nor use a smart phone. When the sweeper was connected to the charger and the sweeper’s power switch turned on the sweeper lights came on. The sweeper was allowed to remain connected to the charger, without use until 8/17/25. It is inoperative.

This Shark stick vacuum is so handy when I just need a quick cleanup and don't want to get out my Shark Vertex. I love that both have the same type easy to empty dust cup and the washable filters. I like that the stick(wand) has a latch so you can fold it down to save space or transport it. Very easy to change attachments. Will recommend this seller.
