  Item received was not as described, item has faulty / defective screen which wasn’t listed , the charger was missing and it clearly stated included , I opened a case , last day seller responded with a £10 partial refund , I declined and wanted to return item , eBay decided in my favour and opened up a return but unfortunately I wasn’t going to make the return deadline due to being away for a number of weeks , so I closed the case myself .

  I received the laptop promptly and was kept informed of the date of delivery. The laptop itself was as expected, it was really good. Unfortunately, I encountered a minor hardware glitch and regretfully I had to send it back. I would buy from this seller again.
