I am a fulltime Video Game reseller. I dont just sell any video games Though. The ones i sell are top quality items. All of my video games go through a refurbishing process where they are resurfaced to remove scratches from the bottom, cleaned, tested to the start menu and then repackaged into brand new cases. If a game is not functioning during our testing phase it is discarded. If the cover arts have too much damage those are discarded too. The cover arts and manuals may have some minor cosmetic flaws such as whitening along the edges, minor rips, tiny scratches or other minor cosmetic flaws. Not all of our games will come with manuals but we will try to complete them if were able to. We get our games as close to "Line-New" as were able to. We stand behind the quality of our games and consoles. If something arrives damaged or broken you have 30 days to send it back no questions asked. The only Exception to this rule is Auctions where they will be sold "As-Is".

    For the shipping, it would’ve been nice to have a tracking number. The item was described correctly and looked in good condition . Packaging looked a little light unsecure … As for value, love the price very nice.. Now my game is a CIB complete in box

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. We cant add a lot of extra protection to non-tracked items because of USPS and their guidelines for non-tracked items. We can add a lot of protection if the order value is high enough to add tracking into. If you would like to add tracking to your next order you can add more items to the cart. We also have bundle discounts that get higher with the more items you buy.

    I tried everything to get the red wired PlayStation 2 controller to work but the rest of them did work but the select button was not working and the left analog stick was not good. And also thanks for the refund. I really appreciate it. I'll do everything I can to buy the right one.

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have added new testing software and equipment to our quality control department so we are able to detect these defects now so this should not happen anymore. Thank you for letting us know exactly what the error is. We are able to update our quality controls to prevent items like this from being sold. We appreciate it and it makes us better as a company.
