  Itme was perfect and seller's item description was accurate. Packaged with lot of padding so the item would survive the long flight from Japan. After the item was shipped, seller emailed with shipping into and it was informative enough that I did not have to follow up, and just used the tracking number to keep an eye on it. I expected item to arrive way later than expected knowing its coming from overseas, but arrived with in 2 weeks to Canada. I would purchase from the seller again.

  This item was exactly as described on Ebay. The box, though not factory sealed, was the original and in pristine condition. The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, and in fact, anxiously look forward to future transactions.

  Was very appreciative to have the seller be communicative during the shipping and delivery process. Did a bulk order of manga with this seller and was pleased to have it all shipped and delivered in less than 2 weeks. Manga was clearly packed with care, and its condition was as described—you get exactly what you pay for. Would buy again from this seller! Thank you!

  I love my mochi boar, as described and really beautiful. Packaging was fine. I received today to UK (24th July) (ordered 8th July). Not too bad. But unfortunately the tracking number was dead the whole way through, it never updated and remains inactive, this caused a great deal of worry and uncertainty which made unnecessary stress as I had no idea when or even if the order was actually in transit. Seller's communication was quite confusing also from an enquiry about pricing.

  Clearly, an incredibly customer focused seller! ✨ I contacted them in order to inform them about a small issue regarding the state of the packaging the (correct and authentic) product arrived in. First and foremost I wanted to inform them about the issue and maybe get an explanation, but they went the extra mile in terms of customer care.   Item came new, as described, and far sooner than Goodsmile was shipping out. Low impact packaging, with no blemishes, and a good value for having been a limited run item. Great quality, clean look, and great communications. Cheers!
