  Seller was great with the handling of my return due to sizing. Item was in great condition, better than expected by the description. Too bad it was missing links and fit for a smaller wrist.

  Although the laptop came securely packaged, the seller did not list the specs of the laptop correctly. It was advertised as having 16GB of ram but only had 8GB. I checked this in the bios screen and also opened up the laptop to verify that it only had the onboard 8GB. Also, the seller did not indicate in the listing that the AC adapter was not going to be included with the sale. I contacted the seller a week ago and did not receive any response.
