    I did not imagine that I could find someone able to sell me the earbud I have broken while thé manufacturer was not able to do it! I received it, I managed to pair it with the other one. I can not do more! It is a second hand but it looks like a brand new one. Everything is OK and it works fine. Thank you so much

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I purchased a replacement wing tip for my earbuds Was unable to put on myself paid to have it done Earbud did not work properly once installed. No longer able to use tap feature to pause or answer a call. Sound quality horrible. Requested refund. Will not give refund w/o sending back. explained many times have to pay to have it removed from earbud, did not want to send the entire earbud back. Asked several times for refund, will not though
