  Good description of item, reasonable shipping cost and time, fair pricing. Disc had a scratch as shown in the original ad, so that's fine. — Packaging left something to be desired, the steelcase was just plopped in a way oversized cardboard box, left to be flopping around with no bubblewrap, or anything of the sort to protect it. — Generally a fine experience, but up your packaging game man!
