    The laptop I received was in excellent, like new, condition. I am extremely pleased with this laptop. The price was very reasonable. The shipping was fast and the packaging was professional. I have previously purchased laptops from other sellers and this was by far the best packaging I've seen. I highly recommend this seller. This seller is very responsive to any questions you may have.

    This product showed up exactly as advertised. It was well packaged so that no damaged befell it in the mail, and showed up in perfect working order. Shipping was free, and took just under a week to show up. The cosmetic damage on the unit matched the pictures, so I knew exactly what to expect. I purposely purchased this item clearly used to keep the price down, and I am pleased that it is as good as it is for how inexpensive it was.

    Item was as described in listing, great value for the price. The product was packed very well with foam inserts to ensure no damage. Shipping time with FedEx was a little slow but it did arrive in one piece. I did reach out to seller regarding a defective charging cable and they were generous enough to ship out a new one at no additional cost. I would purchase from seller again in the future.

    Replacement order for a failed order where the same seller could not locate item. On this order, the listing title does not match the listing description or pics. Title says no HDDs, description lists a specifications table with 10HDDs for 10TB. Seller called to inform me of the mismatch and as a courtesy would include drives up to 8TB. Item shipped about 24 hours after order and received 2 days later. Condition is good.
