  Only reason this is a neutral instead of a positive - Item did not ship from within the US as listing stated and arrived much later than expected. The seller was very responsive and easy to work with to get it returned when it arrived after it was needed and the item was exactly as described in the listing. I wish it would have shipped in the time frame stated, I would have loved to have had this before my vacation because the quality and inclusions were top notch.

  The item was not shipped from Texas (as claimed in the listing) but from an undisclosed country (likely China). I was surprised that it took 8 days to ship from Texas to California. Tracking was basic and carefully omitted the country of origin, but it showed the item clearing export customs and import customs in the US. Technically the item arrived "on time" but I wouldn't trust this seller again. Other reviews complain about the Texas/China scam, so this is not a one-off issue.
