  The book looks like a brand new, unused book in excellent condition, which makes it a super value for the cost. It was shipped in a protective package, so it arrived in perfect condition, shipping took a while but not the sellers fault. Thank you for being an excellent seller!

  When I first downloaded the software, the enclosed redemption code would not work. I contacted the seller that told me I could send the package back. A couple of days later I decided to try the process again thinking maybe I typed in an incorrect number. In the bottom of the box, there was a "handwritten" piece of paper from the original owner with the serial number written. I was able to download the software and it works. Seller has great ethics and willing to work with buyers. I recommend!
