  According to the advert "This unit was used in a working environment. It is in good used condition" Unfortunately did not work Additionally: a delay in receiving the cables from SICK meant I was unable to test unit in the 30 day return window. Seller not accepting return outside this deadline. Packaging looked fine, no indication that unit had sustained damage in transit Local SICK office demonstrated that the mirror was stuck Repair by SICK would require shipping to germany

  Buyer tried to return almost 30 days after return window passed. You have 30 days to test and return any item purchased from us without question. We a offered a partial refund to split the difference w/ buyer but they weren't open to that option. We are not disputing there was an issue with the item just that the return window was closed. If you're making a purchase and need something to test it please try to coordinate both purchases so you can return in a timely manner. Mike Equipment Recycle
