    The seats for my John Deere Gator were as described and even had the bolts I needed in the box! Was very happy with eparts.shop. The problem I had was with delivery by Fed Ex. Tracking said, by email, that delivery would be on a certain day so I had my Gator ready to install on that day. I waited all day that day. Even saw 2 Fed Ex trucks go by my house. I got an email that said “unable to deliver”. Seats were delivered the next evening. Giving 5 stars to eparts.shop for mailing out promptly.

    Outstanding service! Package arrived in record time, two days after I ordered it. Well packed, everything is there, well protected, arrived in excellent condition. Item is of good quality and a great value, anxious to get it installed. Seller is highly recommended, would gladly do repeat business.

    Easiest transaction I have ever had, I received updated tracking information, item arrived one day earlier than originally estimated. I also exchanged emails directly with the seller/shop. received answers very promptly. This is the way I like to do business, kuddos to the SELLER and crew.

    Turned out to be two different available tail wheels for the same part number We ordered and apparently it was not the correct tail wheel for our unit The seller handled the return perfectly, sending a prepaid shipping label and refunded our full payment when they received the return item  Excellent transaction and return highly recommend the seller

    Totally Awesome Seller. Item was just as described. It was basically an exact match to the original Kabota seat except the arm rests are a little thicker. Would not of known this except I had a set of seat and arm rest covers for the old seat and the arm rest covers had to be modified to fit. The seat came in a big double wall box packaged well. Item was shipped very quickly and had great communication.Transaction was Positive all the way around
