    Item is exactly as described, good value at the listed price, well packaged and protected for shipping. Prompt delivery, two days earlier than originally projected. Would do business with them again, no hesitation.

    Sent wrong camera but seller said not to even return it as it was not in saleable condition. Refund given same day as rc'd. It was initially stressful, but seller was a stand-up person who readily took responsibility for the mistake. We all make mistakes sometimes. Luckily, I got a responsible person and Ebay was good about it. Would not have problem with buying from seller again. Everything was good in the listing, I was just sent the wrong item and it was pretty much not worth anything.

    Item was described incorrectly in the listing. Item received was missing components. Seller provided partial refund. Overall value was average, although I wouldn't have purchased an incomplete package to begin with. Generally satisfied with resolution.

    Arrive in as-sold condition with no further damage. Seller packed it very well and shipped it promptly. The description was spot on. I approve this seller.. I don't just say that as I have gotten quite a few things on this site, and I have had good and not so good deals. This is one of the really good deals.
