  Shipping was a little slower than expected, but did arrive 9 days after purchase. Had some issues with the blade of the sword bend/ warped. Seller did issued a partial refund for the damage. Sword was not damaged in shipping as shipping box was flawless. The damage was done during the heat treat process of construction of the blade. Over all seller did communicate well and issued a partial refund promptly.

  Shipping was very prompt with this seller. The item, a Damascus Steel Sword was packaged in a box that held it without any wiggle room. It was as described and, in my hands, was even more attractive. All said, the value is of the highest order and will resale very well at a couple of up-coming Gun & Knife Shows here in my State of Georgia and surrounding States in the next couple of months.   Item sent was not as described but the seller made it right by refunding me my money and letting me keep the item it was an honest mistake that they took action and corrected I would probably buy from them again
