  The listing said that it was simply an open box item. The listing did mention that the primary power cable was missing, but it failed to mention that the power supply had been opened up at some point. The warranty seals on the power supply are broken and have been clearly tampered with. Also, the screws that both the power supply together have been stripped out by someone previously inside.
