  Item came in original packaging as specified. All parts were included, thought it came with a zipper foot but it does not so I had to buy it extra. Love the appearance of this machine, very sleek, easy to use and great price. I have used this for a couple weeks now and love it. Would highly recommend. Also shipping was very fast.
