    The shoes looked just as described but unfortunately were the wrong size. It was easy to see why as the size label in the shoe was confusing. I contacted the seller. She was very helpful to me to figure out how to send her a photo and get it to her. They were well packaged in a nice shipping box. They were a great value and I was sad they didn't work out for me. A return label was generated and returning was easy peasy. I would buy from her again. Thank you.

    This item was exactly as described and arrived fast. I made a request to have it delivered before my son's birthday. It was originally estimated to take about ten days but I got it in 3!     Packed well and was shipped out fast. Seller gave an unmatchable bargin price. And the product seems to be what I was expecting as I've only been able to power it on, and the machine appears to be in good condition for its age. I'd buy from them again.
