Its absence meant the camera was dead on arrival, preventing us from using it immediately. For a better buyer experience and full transparency, sellers should always disclose if an essential, expected item like a charger is not part of the sale. This would allow buyers to purchase it beforehand and fully enjoy their item from the moment it arrives.
