  Shipping was fast, and the item was described, however the courier completely ruined the item. It arrived broken. When contacting the seller about the issue they responded in a timely manner, were very courteous, and issued me a refund. I appreciate it and hope to work with this seller again. Thank you.

  this item blemished but as soon as I sent the pictures to the seller, she not on;ly credited my account but also apologized and told me to keep the item as it was her error in not noticing the dirt mark. This was phenomenal customer services and a seller that warrants respect for doing the right thing. I will try and purchase other things from her out of respect for how she does business.
