  The item was just as described. Seller was very communicative and friendly! The shipping was super fast from Japan to the UK. Packaging was very protective and they used several layers of wrapping. They even included a sweet handwritten note and paper crane. Would recommend this seller.

  I’d just received my Cartier clutch bag and I’m beyond excited to have received it. The bag is exactly as described and the care that was put into the packaging was much very appreciated. Taeko was quick to respond and communication was clear with all questions being answered. Shipping was fast as well. Lastly, a hand written “Thank you” note with a origami crane was made was very sweet and thoughtful. I am definitely a fan of this shop and will purchase again!!
